Eligibility: 62 + or Disabled w/ Dr’s notification (doesn’t want to know specifics of disability) No online applications; will mail but must turn in in-person and have an interview for consideration. No Returning Citizen - Felonies or evictions. Follow up: every 6 mths (doesn’t want calls every wk).
