Description
Voucher pays 70% of rent down to $0 income. Males or females who are chronically homeless can have disability verified and currently living on streets or in shelters. 1. Take VI-SPDAT (housing assessment) 2. If prioritized and able to meet all documentation requirements then Coordinated Entry will refer to this project. 3. Insure current contact information is up to date in Coordinated Entry System at a minimum of every month to remain eligible: call NM Coalition to End Homelessness 217-9570. HUD COC. Eligibility Criteria: 1. No Felonies with Violent Crimes/Intimate Partner Abuse / Violence in Group Homes; can enter independent living. No Sex Offenders. 2.Must have SMI Axis 1; TBI's not accepted. Major Depressive disorder. 3.Send in Application 4.Group Home clients must be self sufficient. HUD COC.
