Come at Monday morning 9:30 am or Wednesday afternoon 2pm for an intake clinic. No appt. needed. Bring ID & Medicaid card; Medicare not accepted; nor is commercial insurance.

Intake is scheduling about 2 wks from call in. Community Support Worker can be assigned in about another 4 weeks; times vary. Help with MH some financial mentoring will provide supportive housing case management for Low Income housing programs. Amanda Moe is CSW coordinator: 342-5945. Initial assessment must be done before placement. Can be about 2 wks from assessment to placement with CSW. Emergencies / homelessness can be prioritized. Currently taking new clients.

Comprehensive Recovery Treatment (CRT) Current wait time is 2-3 months. Comprehensive Recovery Team is a program which focuses on helping people with mental illness. Each participant is assigned a community support worker who will work closely in helping them achieve their life goals. This program is of varying length (up to 2 yrs) depending on complexity of needs and will give the client a Community Support Worker as well as access to PSR group therapy and psychiatric intervention. Supportive housing is included as available. Also included a SOAR disability representative. See Priscilla upstairs at St. Martin’s: 8:30-11:30am or 1-3pm M-Thurs. for consideration.
