Project Renew: First Choice's Suboxone expansion project is a collaborative effort among First Choice physicians behaviorists community health workers and other clinic staff. Coordinated services including group and individual counseling services in the context of physicians treating the patient's other health needs. Behavioral Health: Each behaviorist provides individual and group counseling at mulitple sites. Behaviorists lead a variety of groups including early recovery skills and relapse prevention. Community Health Workers (CHWs) help patients access support services such as housing transportation legal and employment assistance. CHWs are available to meet with patients in the clinic at home or over the phone. CHWs offer informal recovery coaching as well.

A free class at Heading Home AOC for shelter residents every Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 am. 1. Must tell Exit Planner or Directors ahead of time if planning on attending. 2. Class is revolving and can be entered at any point in time. Includes: Why addiction occurs in the brain; How to overcome urges and cravings; Managing triggers; How to manage/resolve addictive habits.

Drug and alcohol treatment to men and women 18 and over who are seeking a high quality effective recovery program. We offer a 30 day residential treatment program. Admittance to our program is based on clinical and/or medical necessity and part of your stay may include a 3-7 day social detox if necessary.

Males Only (6 months) App Required. Required to work if possible. First 37 days-on restriction: limited calls no cell phone use medical appointments only. Counseling case management and 12 step programs provided. After successful completion transition services are provided such as help to obtain housing support services education enrollment job seeking and follow up care. Free Program. Screening for admittance into the program is conducted every Wednesday morning between 8 and 9am. Applicants must be sober at the time of admission.
Women Only (13-18 month program) Apply first. Christian based life program-accept substance abuse clients but is not based in substance abuse. Free program.

Comprehensive Recovery Treatment (CRT) Current wait time is 2-3 months. Comprehensive Recovery Team is a program which focuses on helping people with severe mental illness. Each participant is assigned a community support worker who will work closely in helping them achieve their life goals. This program is of varying length (up to 2 yrs) depending on complexity of needs and will give the client a Community Support Worker as well as access to PSR group therapy and psychiatric intervention. Supportive housing is included as available. Also included a SOAR disability representative. See Priscilla upstairs at St. Martin’s: 8:30-11:30am or 1-3pm M-Thurs. for consideration.

Provides inpatient stabilization and intensive outpatient drug and alchohol treatment. The inpatient services serve children ages 4-17. They work to stabilize and assess the individuals. The day treatment focuses adults.
